My name is Katie Fearns
Hi, I'm Katie, I've been a PMU Artist for 5 years, and it changed my life.
I'm here to tell you to take the chance and book that course you've always wanted to, but have been too scared to.
When I learned to microblade in 2019 I was mum to a 3 year old and a 3 month old, I was working a band 3 NHS job that i liked but I knew I wanted more. More time for my kids, more money to spoil them, more financial freedom for myself and my family. So I booked the course and that's the day that my life really changed.
Since then I have attended countless courses to develop my skill and progress in my career, I'm fully self employed in one of the most interesting and progressive industries and I love my job.
Early 2023 I placed 2nd at the National Beauty Awards in the category of 'Best PMU Brows' - a massive achievement! I have spent time as an Elite Tech with Cosmedic Supplies and am now a training partner with Killer Beauty.
I have written my courses to be detailed but easy to understand, with a focus on practical work and technique. After attending poor training myself I am committed to my students success and ensure that they are given the tools to become business owners and bosses!
How our training works!
At INKD your training starts before you've even met Katie, as soon as you pay your deposit you will be added to our online learning platform with a huge amount of information including videos, our key tips and homework for you to get on with. You can study in the comfort of your own home at a time that suits you best, and you'll have access to the learning material for 12 months!
Then you will attend your face to face training with Katie, our beginner courses are a minimum of 4 days to enable ample time for thorough explanations and practical work. You'll work on multiple models and be supported throughout, we believe that you should be nurtured and will help you to learn the best way that you can!
Once you have completed your training days you'll be required to submit case studies to gain your full qualification, you will receive corrective coaching and be given tips to help you create those perfect brows, you have 6 months to complete your case studies.
